How Our Returns Work
You have 60 full days from the date of delivery to decide if your equipment is the perfect fit for your studio. If it’s not, simply let us know and we’ll take care of everything.
We cover return shipping—because we believe the risk should be on us, not you. Your satisfaction matters more than anything else.
Full refund, no questions asked—we’ll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

To ensure we can resell equipment to other artists, we ask that returned items be:
• In resalable condition (gently used is fine, but not damaged)
• Returned with all original parts, accessories, and manuals
• Returned within 60 days of delivery
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your equipment arrives damaged or has a defect, we’ll make it right immediately:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We’ll send a replacement right away or offer a full refund—your choice
• You won’t wait for us to receive the return first
